Frequently Asked Questions

For our event planning and design services, we suggest booking your event at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure our availability, availability of vendors, and to allow adequate time to plan your event details. If we have your date available, we’re more than happy to accommodate any last minute requests subject to availability and a rush fee.

For all other services such as, balloon installations, kids picnics, and custom backdrops, it is never too early to get on our calendar! As soon as you have decided on a date and location, we recommend securing your date at least 4-6 weeks in advance.

Modern Little Events is remotely based in Murfreesboro, TN. We service Nashville, TN and surrounding areas including Berry Hill, Belle Meade, Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Smyrna, College Grove, and Murfreesboro. We also offer virtual planning services for those not local to us!

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is deducted from your total balance. The remaining balance is due 2-weeks prior to your event date. We also offer payment plans for our event planning and design services.
